I could not have said it better myself. :-)


1) Grit is like a muscle, the more you train it, the stronger it gets. No one is born with it and everyone can develop it.

2) Grit is the combination of passion and perseverance. You need both in order to succeed in life.

3) Talent is overrated. Many people with great talents achieve little to nothing unless they are able to work hard and with persistence.
