Great At Work

"Who wants to 'work dumb'? But many people do in fact work dumb because they don't know exactly how to work smart."

This book dives deep into what it takes to become a top performer and how to achieve results at work without becoming an overworked and miserable person.

1) Meetings can be a waste of time. Start with a healthy debate which not only gets everyone's attention but it also helps you to explore different opinions; it will help with decision-making.

2) In order to up your performance, create a learning loop for your self so you can constantly improve.

3) Stop multitasking and instead, make an effort to focus on one thing at a time only. It really does work.

READ IF: You want to go from good to great when it comes to your (and others') performance at work.
